Chief Officer / Senior Deck Officer At Hobark International Limited (hil)

• Are you an experienced Chief Officer with strong expertise in navigation, DP operations, cargo handling, anchor handling, towing and marine safety?
• This is an opportunity to take a key leadership role onboard and ensure safe, efficient and compliant vessel operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the Deck Department
• Safe navigation and watchkeeping
• Dynamic Positioning (DP) operations
• Cargo, ballast, anchor handling & towing operations
• Vessel stability, seaworthiness & deck operations
• Safety management, risk assessments & emergency preparedness
• Environmental and regulatory compliance
• Crew supervision, training and mentoring
• Maintain accurate vessel logs, reports and documentation
• Support and understudy the Master

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Chief Officer / Senior Deck Officer
• Strong navigational and marine operations experience
• Valid STCW and relevant maritime certifications
• Appropriate CoC / Captain's Licence for the vessel
• Experience with relevant vessel types and offshore operations
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
