Chief Engineer (Offshore)

Salary; N700,000 - N1,200,000
Requirements
1. Relevant and valid Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC), appropriate to the vessel's propulsion power and trading area.
2. Applicable STCW certificates and valid seafarer medical certificate.
3. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marine engineering experience, preferably including service in the Chief Engineer rank.
4. Previous experience on an OSV, PSV, or AHTS vessel is strongly preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of marine diesel engines, generators, propulsion systems, and planned maintenance.
6. Experience with Caterpillar, Wärtsilä, MAN, Bergen, Cummins, or similar marine engine systems is an advantage.
7. Valid seafarer's documentation and offshore safety training as required by the employer.
