• Define and execute organisation wide talent management strategies
• Scan, analyse, interpret and communicate environmental, legislative and best-practice
• developments. scanning, information analysis and interpretation, and communication
• Provide strategic advisory service with assurance, risk and compliance oversight
• Provide strategic project leadership and governance
• Provide strategic advisory support across the organisation

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)

• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Business Management/ Commerce/Technical at NQF7 with 360 credits

Related Experience:

• 7 years' extensive experience in performance, talent management, human capital or consulting environments.
