Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, maintain security, detect suspicious activities, and promptly report incidents.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain alert throughout assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across the premises.

Observe and identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.

Report incidents promptly to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities.

Record, document, and maintain accurate logs of security incidents and daily activities.

Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations.

Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults.

Maintain confidentiality and protect all surveillance footage and security information.

Coordinate with security personnel to respond effectively to emergencies.

Monitor access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas.

Comply with company security policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and video recording software.

Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm under pressure.

High level of integrity, discipline, and confidentiality.

Basic computer skills.
