For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Institutional Management, Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management and Home Economics or its equivalent from a recognised and accredited institution;
Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable); and
