Role overview: We are seeking passionate Store Associates to join our retail team in Somerset West Mall. Key responsibilities customer service:Welcome and assist customers professionally. Provide product information and refer customers requiring skin consultations to a Somatologist or skin specialist. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Store operations:Maintain store cleanliness and presentation. Replenish shelves and merchandise products. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Follow company policies and SOPs. Stock control:Assist with receiving and packing stock. Participate in stock counts. Report damaged or missing stock. Team support:Support the store manager and supervisor. Complete daily assigned tasks. Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
