Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash, POS, transfer, and other customer payments.
  • Accurately record all sales transactions and issue receipts.
  • Balance cash and POS transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales and payments.
  • Assist customers with payment-related enquiries.
  • Ensure the cash register and work area are kept clean and organized.
  • Report any discrepancies in cash or transactions to the supervisor.
  • Support other front-office or store activities when required.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ND in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to operate POS terminals and handle cash accurately.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and honesty.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work in Adeola Odeku, Lagos.

Job Summary The Station Supervisor supports the Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring smooth business operations, excellent customer service, compliance with company policies, and efficient supervision of station staff. Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Support the Station Manager in the daily running of the station. Supervise daily station activities to ensure smooth operations.
