Cash Officer (makurdi Service Station) At Pinnacle Oil & Gas Ltd

Reports to: Treasury Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for collecting, counting, recording, and banking daily cash sales of the station.
• Responsible for safekeeping of all cash collected.
• Preparation of daily/monthly POS reconciliation report to ensure accuracy of receipt of funds.
• Monitoring of fuel attendants as it relates to cash mop up on the forecourt.
• Responsible for managing station petty cash disbursement and application for reimbursement.
• Responsible for responding to POS chargeback mails by providing support as required.
• Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting
• Professional qualification is an added advantage (ACA or ACCA)
• Attention to details
• Ability to work with and in teams\' settings
• Self motivated and work well with little supervision
• Experience in similar or related role of 2 - 3 years
