About Careersome

Careersome is an AI-powered employee lifecycle intelligence platform built for African businesses. We help companies across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and other African markets manage and understand the full employee journey, from onboarding through performance and offboarding, using data and automation to make HR and Admin decisions smarter and faster.

We're looking for growth-minded students who are ready to gain real, hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to an HR-tech & SaaS company. This internship is in three key areas: Social Media, Growth Marketing, and Customer Experience, and we're opening spots across all three departments.

Who Can Apply

Open to university students in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya.

Internship Structure

• Part-time, remote (work from anywhere)
• 20-25 hours per week
• Initial 3-month commitment, with the possibility of extending to 6 months based on performance and mutual interest
