Capsule Filling Operator

Job Summary

• Aquatix Pharmaceuticals Limited is recruiting a skilled and experienced Capsule Filling Operator to join its pharmaceutical production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate capsule filling machines according to approved SOPs.
• Ensure capsules are filled accurately and consistently.
• Perform routine in-process quality checks during production.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or abnormalities.
• Ensure proper equipment cleaning, assembly, and line clearance.
• Complete batch manufacturing records and cleaning logs accurately.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical capsule filling.
• Practical experience operating automatic capsule filling machines.
• Knowledge of capsule filling, capsule locking, and filled capsule weight control.
• Understanding of in-process quality checks, including capsule appearance, integrity, and fill weight.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to carry out equipment cleaning, assembly, and routine operational checks.
