Job Summary

• We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals (5-10 years' experience) for the Campboss.

Requirements

• Ensure quality compliance of all food
• items supplied and produced in location
• Maintain unit profitability within budget
• Oversee monthly payroll
• Prevent pilfering and enforce discipline

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
• Previous experience in a similar industry
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
• Catering certification is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
