We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Call Centre Representative (French Speaking)
Location: Iganmu, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries, transaction issues, and account requests.
Provide first-level support for online/mobile banking, debit/credit cards, and account services.
Accurately document customer interactions and call details in the CRM system.
Maintain banking confidentiality, security protocols, and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit).
Must have completed NYSC.
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing French.
Maximum age: 40 years.
Basic computer skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates residing close to Iganmu or Lekki, Lagos, will be considered.
Salary N200,000 / month.
