Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. Map and improve business processes, user journeys, and data flows. Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers. Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities. Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Minimum Requirements Degree, Diploma, or BTech (NQF 6-7) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. At least 3 years' hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar solution delivery environment. Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, testing, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
