Job Summary
A reputable skincare and haircare brand is urgently seeking a competent, proactive, and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, coordinate teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
Coordinate production, inventory, stock availability, and resource utilisation.
Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, delivery, and distribution activities.
Monitor customer service performance and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
Supervise operational staff, monitor productivity, and ensure task completion and accountability.
Coordinate distributors, retailers, and field operations to support business growth.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Monitor operational expenses and promote cost efficiency.
Maintain accurate operational records and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
Implement systems and procedures that improve efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in business operations, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple operational functions.
Good understanding of production, inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment.
Excellent communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and drive results.
Availability to resume immediately.
