Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, including driver recruitment, screening, vetting, training and placement
Set up and improve processes for driver verification, guarantor checks, background checks and documentation
Manage the operations, recruitment and customer service teams, and set and track their targets
Ensure timely, quality driver placements and high client satisfaction
Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and market share
Drive sales and business development across individual, corporate, logistics and fleet clients
Job Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage)
Proven experience managing teams and running both operations and sales or business development
