TrustBanc Group is the Asset Management arm of the Group and focuses mainly on Asset Management products and Client relationship Management. They develop various products for the group as well as generate liabilities to manage those products. Over the years, we have effectively rendered advisory services to various quoted companies in Nigeria and public corporations. We are currently working as Financial Adviser on different capital raising projects.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Officer (SME Lending)
Location: Apo, Abuja Job type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads from prospective SME customers.
Engage prospective customers and promote SME loan products.
Support customer onboarding and collect required loan documentation.
Follow up on leads, loan applications, and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and support the Business Development team in achieving lending targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
