Key accountabilities
Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to increase IELTS test registrations within the Nairobi region and beyond.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educational institutions, study abroad consultants, corporate clients, and community organisations to foster continuous engagement and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking events, and direct outreach, ensuring alignment with IDP's strategic goals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and events that effectively communicate the benefits and value of IELTS testing services.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing timely reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients, showcasing IELTS products and services.
Track key performance indicators, prepare regular progress reports, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the business development function.
Requirements
