Business Development Manager - Marketing

Role Overview:

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Team's loan origination, borrowing rmbilization, interest income, and Profit Before Tax (PBT) performance.
• The role requires a strong leader who can motivate, coordinate, and inspire team members to consistently deliver on set targets while nuintaining sound risk and credit standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years experience in business development, lending, or financial services.
• Proven track record in loan origination and income generation
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good understanding of credit, risk management, and financial products
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
