Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – HORECA Financial Services
Location: Lekki, Ajah - Lagos
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the sales and adoption of our financial services within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafs) sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business customers, building relationships with restaurant and hotel owners, and promoting our financial solutions to help businesses improve their operations and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers across hotels, restaurants, cafs and other hospitality businesses.
Drive the sales and adoption of the company's financial products and services within the HORECA sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct field visits, sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Identify business opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
4–6 years of experience in business development, sales or financial services.
Experience selling financial products or services is an added advantage.
Existing relationships or experience within the HORECA industry will be highly advantageous.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to independently generate leads, close deals and meet sales targets.
Willingness to undertake regular field sales activities within Lekki, Ajah and surrounding areas.
