The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ado Ekiti.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, present real estate investment options, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets, representing the brand at events or presentations, and providing feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, to engage clients effectively.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Ado Ekiti, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage.
