Job Description
As part of our expansion, we are recruiting individuals to join our Business Development team through a structured, three-month paid Train-to-Hire Programme, with opportunities for permanent employment based on performance.
We are seeking intelligent, confident, and resourceful women to join our Business Development team.
Successful candidates will receive practical training while participating in real business development activities, including client research, identifying business opportunities, client outreach, relationship building, and follow-ups.
Requirements
HND or Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intelligent, proactive, resourceful, and able to think independently.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and deliver results.
Must own a functional laptop and be available to work in Abuja.
Remuneration & Career Opportunities
N200,000 monthly during the three-month training programme.
Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
Salary and performance-based bonuses will be reviewed upon successful completion of the programme and confirmation of employment.
