Role Description:

  • The Business Development and Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi. This role involves lead generation, relationship management, market research, internal collaboration and expanding the client base across Jefigs Credit Limited's loan products.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field.
  • Candidates should possess a 5-year work experience in Business Development and marketing.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present financial products clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • MBA in marketing and membership in MSK will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to review financial data, sales reports and market research.
