Minimum Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Engineering, Commerce or related field Minimum Experience Required Minimum 5 years' work experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of business requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques. Ability to work across both technical and business domains. Familiarity with system integration concepts, APIs, or data mapping. Experience in Agile and/or iterative delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency with tools like: Confluence, Jira, AI prototyping tools, Draw.io, Excel, SQL (basic), BPMN tools, etc. Ideal Experience with workflow automation, ERP/CRM platforms, or enterprise software. Understanding of data flows and relational databases. Product or UI/UX collaboration exposure. Domain knowledge in financial services - payments, digital onboarding and/or micro-lending.
