My client based in Tygerfalls, Cape Town is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with key business stakeholders.
Analyse business processes, systems, data flows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
Document and manage business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with project teams, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered in line with business objectives.
Support project planning, requirements prioritisation, testing activities, implementation readiness, and business adoption initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
BCom, BSc, Diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related qualification.
Minimum 7 years' Business Analysis experience within complex business and technology environments.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, solution design support, and business requirements documentation.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) and Financial Services/Short-Term Insurance industry experience will be advantageous.
