Job Title: Brand Communications Officer
Location: Jabi District, Abuja (Hybrid)
The Opportunity
Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement for RLG Cosmeticsa premier clean, skincare-infused cosmetics line. You will define the brand narrative, lead creator partnerships, and execute high-impact PR campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & PR: Shape RLG’s brand story, campaign messaging, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Creator & Media Networks: Build and manage relationships with beauty influencers, creators, and media partners.
Campaign Execution: Oversee content calendars and collaborate with Creative, Sales, and E-commerce teams on major product launches.
Reputation Management: Track public sentiment and safeguard brand integrity.
What You Bring
Experience: 2–3 years in Brand Communications, PR, or Influencer Marketing (Beauty, FMCG, or Lifestyle preferred).
Education: Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, PR, or related fields (certifications are a bonus).
Core Skills: Master storyteller, skilled negotiator, social media strategist, and data-driven project manager.
