Brand & Vendor Manager At Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, delivery timelines, and service agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate the procurement of products, materials, promotional items, and other brand requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Ensure brand materials and promotional activities are consistent with company standards.
• Research market trends, suppliers, products, and pricing to identify cost-effective opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of vendors, quotations, purchases, and agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand brand and operational requirements.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure timely delivery of required products and services.
• Prepare regular reports on vendor activities, costs, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in vendor management, brand management, procurement, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of vendor sourcing and relationship management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and assignments simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proactive, presentable, and detail-oriented.
