Job Position: Brand and Marketing Specialist
Job Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

- Elite Talent Placements (ETP) is looking for a creative, commercially driven Brand amp; Marketing Specialist to increase our brand visibility, manage our digital presence and generate business opportunities across our Recruitment and Corporate Training services.
- This is more than a social media role.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing brand and marketing strategies.
- Managing ETPs social media and content.
- Generating recruitment and corporate training leads.
- Promoting our monthly training webinars and generating registrations/leads.
- Building a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Creating engaging content and strengthening ETPs thought leadership.
- Supporting B2B outreach and business development.
- Tracking marketing performance and lead conversion.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or business development.
- Strong social media, content creation and lead generation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Canva.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business results.
- B2B marketing experience is an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
