Job Summary
Elite Talent Placements (ETP) is looking for a creative, commercially driven Brand amp; Marketing Specialist to increase our brand visibility, manage our digital presence and generate business opportunities across our Recruitment and Corporate Training services.
This is more than a social media role.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing brand and marketing strategies.
Managing ETPs social media and content.
Generating recruitment and corporate training leads.
Promoting our monthly training webinars and generating registrations/leads.
Building a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
Creating engaging content and strengthening ETPs thought leadership.
Supporting B2B outreach and business development.
Tracking marketing performance and lead conversion.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or business development.
Strong social media, content creation and lead generation skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Canva.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business results.
B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
