Branch Manager (sme Biashara Loans) At Phoenix Capital

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years' experience in SME Business Loans or related lending operations.
• Computer literate with good reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong experience in loan appraisal, disbursement, collections and portfolio management, with the ability to maintain a low PAR.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 7 staff members.
• Good understanding of SME Business loan processes, customer due diligence and loan recovery.
