The Boutique Finance Controller will act as the finance business partner to the Company's boutiques, providing financial oversight across sales, cash, inventory and operational controls.
The role will serve as the key link between Head Office Finance and boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily boutique sales and financial performance.
Review cash collections, deposits and payment reconciliations.
Reconcile sales transactions against POS and financial systems.
Monitor boutique inventory and investigate variances.
Review discounts, refunds, returns and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.
Conduct periodic boutique audits and control reviews.
Prepare financial and operational performance reports.
Identify financial risks and control weaknesses.
Partner with boutique managers to improve financial performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Ensure timely resolution of financial discrepancies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
6-9 years' finance experience, preferably in retail or multi-location businesses.
Strong experience in reconciliations, controls and financial reporting.
Strong Excel and ERP/POS knowledge.
High integrity and attention to detail.
Strong business-partnering and communication skills.
