Job Title: Bottling Plant Operator

Role Overview
Carry out hands-on cylinder receipt, inspection, carousel filling, check-weighing, leak testing, capping, and dispatch support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming empty cylinders for valve/body defects and purge cylinders per SOP.
Operate carousel filling stations, ensuring cylinders are filled strictly by target weight (max 85% fill).
Execute leak checks, O-ring/pin replacement, capping, sealing, and FIFO stock rotation.
Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintain floor housekeeping.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), OND, or trade/technical certification.
Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in an LPG bottling plant or manufacturing environment (entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude will be considered).
