Job Description: Process and capture high volumes of financial transactions accurately and timeously Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Perform monthly bank, creditor, debtor, and balance sheet reconciliations Process journals, accruals, and provisions Prepare VAT calculations and supporting schedules Maintain the general ledger and ensure correct account allocations Prepare trial balance reports and month-end schedules Assist with audit preparations and provide supporting documentation Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Skills & Experience: Proven experience working in a high-volume transactional environment Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent reconciliation skills with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure Qualification: Diploma in Accounting / ICB Certificate to BS / Higher Certificate 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience up to trial balance What Will Make You Successful?
