Bookkeeper - Citrusdal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 - 5 years' relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with full accounting functions and management reporting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software such as Pastel, Sage or similar.
• Good understanding of VAT, PAYE and SARS requirements.
• Strong understanding of cash-flow management and budgeting.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Agricultural or farming environment.
• Fresh produce or flower industry.
• Export businesses.
• Foreign-currency transactions.
• Packhouse operations.
• Agricultural costing.
• Seasonal labour.
• A.P., SIZA or other agricultural compliance systems.
• Export logistics and freight.
• Banking facilities and working-capital management.
• Payroll and HR administration.
• Draftworx, Pastel or other accounting platforms.
• Crest Payroll, Farm Costing Solutions Payroll for HR related.
