Key Responsibilities
Install and commission EQMS equipment, kiosks, printers, displays, and servers.
Provide first and secondline technical support onsite and remotely.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including equipment replacement.
Support system integration, upgrades, and project implementation activities.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and service reports.
Deliver professional client support and training when required.Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, systems installation, or ICT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking fundamentals.
Handson experience with printers, kiosks, displays, and LAN troubleshooting.
Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) advantageous. (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});
