We are seeking a passionate, qualified and experienced Biology Teacher to join our Secondary School team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Biology lessons, preparing students for internal and external examinations, conducting practical lessons, assessing students' progress and creating a stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Education/Biology, or a related field, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) where applicable as added advantage.
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
Experience teaching Biology within a Cambridge Associate School is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Biology curriculum and effective teaching practices.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging theoretical and practical Biology lessons.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive and professional relationships with students and parents.
Computer and digital literacy skills.
