Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mock tails, wines, beers, and other drinks.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
  • Take and process beverage orders accurately.
  • Maintain excellent bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO, OND or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Barman/Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
  • Honest, responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities Database Administration & Operations Manage, monitor, and maintain multiple high-transactional PostgreSQL database clusters in production, staging, and development environments. Oversee day-to-day DBA operations including database provisioning, schema management, user access control, and tablespace management. Implement and enforce database change management processes (DDL reviews, migration scripts, rollback strategies). Ensure 99.99% database availability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and rapid incident response. Manage database patching, upgrades, and version migrations with minimal service disruption.
