B2b Sales Manager (powder Coating/paint) - Kenya

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a strong background in Powder Coating to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand market presence across Kenya. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of powder coating products, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the powder coating market.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop business with manufacturers, fabricators, aluminium processors, metal industries, and other relevant industrial customers.
• Promote powder coating products and provide suitable product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to address customer queries and resolve product-related issues.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, sales reports, and maintain customer databases.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collection.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the powder coating, paints, coatings, or surface finishing industry.
• Strong understanding of powder coating products, applications, and the industrial customer segment.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Established network and customer relationships within the Kenyan market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
• Must be a Kenyan national/local candidate with good knowledge of the local market.
