Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the New Vehicle Sales Department Drive vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership standards Manage sales targets, forecasts, and monthly reporting Monitor floorplan requirements and stock management Maximise manufacturer incentives, rebates, and bonus structures Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales executives Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and OEM representatives Implement sales strategies to increase market share and overall dealership performance Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership Must have a New Vehicle Sales background Strong understanding of OEM standards, manufacturer requirements, dealer incentives, rebates, and floorplan management Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve targets Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability management Valid driver's licence Stable employment history with contactable references Required Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Commercial and financial acumen Target and results driven Professional and well-presented Strong planning and organisational skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
