Perform routine electrical and instrumentation maintenance, prepare reports on completed jobs, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures, and carry out risk assessments and toolbox talks with colleagues before commencing tasks to ensure safe work execution.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, control loops, and simple automation problems on plant facilities and production equipment.
To ensure LOTOTO compliance.
Conduct risk assessment for all maintenance work.
Maintain records and provide feedback of work carried out to the Engineer stating resources, spares used, and consumables for any work carried out.
Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of transmitters, control valves, actuators, and various field instruments across the plant.
Maintain housekeeping of workshop and electrical control rooms.
Conduct 1st level inspection of electrical panels, switch gears, and instruments to capture any abnormal condition.
Generators, transformers, switch gears, protection relays, DCS/PLC systems, and other power plant electrical equipment proper inspection, maintenance, and services. Meet weekly and agree on plan engine running schedules with senior switchboard operator.
