To meet the growing demand of Nigeria’s Market, Stockgap Fuels Limited is expanding its LPG business by investing on additional storage and cylinder filling facility in 4 strategic locations spanning major regions of the country - Lagos/South-West, South-South/South-East, North-Central/North-West and North-East regions respectively.

Job Title: Automation & Instrumentation Operator
Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Downstream Petroleum / LPG Bottling Operations Department: Plant Maintenance Grade: Technician / Officer
Role Overview
Monitor and operate control-room PLC/SCADA/HMI systems during filling operations, responding to alarms and performing routine instrumentation checks.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor filling carousel and bulk storage control systems across assigned shifts.
Respond promptly to process and safety alarms (gas leaks, ESD, pressure/level limits) per standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate shift logs, perform basic calibration verifications, and assist with first-line fault troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: OND/HND in Electrical/Electronic, Instrumentation, or related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years’ control room / instrumentation experience in process plant environments.
