We consider the following as essential:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, coupled with first aid training & experience in swimming,
- A valid driver’s license will be ideal,
- A minimum of 6 months operating in a gym/sports club environment.
Duties & Responsibilities areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time:
- Daily set up, and follow up by regular walkabout of all Hotel S&L facilities to ensure consistent service delivery,
- Oversee teenagers and guest activities displaying excellent customer service skills,
- Promote all S&L activities and services to maximize revenue opportunities,
- Daily hiring of equipment charges posted in Concept,
- Ensure extraordinary customer service delivery and guest satisfaction with the service, facilities and the variety of leisure offering.
- We are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are prepared to work weekends, Public holiday and shifts, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.
