We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Workshop Manager
Locations: Oban - Cross River and Odogbolu - Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Oil Palm Production & Processing
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Workshop Manager with the day-to-day management of the workshop.
Coordinate and allocate daily work to mechanics, technicians and workshop assistants.
Perform repairs, services and preventative maintenance on vehicles as well as monitor progress.
Ensure workshop jobs are completed within agreed time frames.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in workshop operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair.
Good understanding of preventive maintenance planning and inventory control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
