This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong retail background. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily running, compliance, and maintenance. Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate department managers and staff. Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and resolve issues promptly. Sales and Profitability: Aid in achieving sales targets, promotions, and expense control. Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, rotation, and loss prevention strategies.
