Assistant Sector Head- Corporate & Sme At Progressive Credit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Corporate & SME Sector
• Drive growth and profitability of the sector loan book
• Develop products and market penetration strategies
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio and manage NPLs
• Oversee customer service and turnaround times
• Lead, mentor and develop sector staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes and procedures
• Prepare and oversee sector reports and audit resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field/ CPA/Credit Certification
• At least 3 years' senior-level experience in Credit, an MFI, or a financial institution
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
