Requirements: Matric or equivalent. Relevant business, sales or management qualification. Minimum 5 years' sales call centre experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role. Proven experience managing multiple teams and inbound/outbound operations. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and social media lead generation is essential. Demonstrated ability to analyse leads, optimize allocation and improve sales conversion. Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate and evaluate sales teams. Experience setting sales targets and managing performance-based incentive programs. Strong analytical, reporting, communication and leadership skills. Experience in consumer products, direct sales or lay-by sales advantageous. Responsibilities but not limited to: Daily leadership and sales planning. CRM, social media leads and lead allocation (critical requirement). Sales Management and target achievement. Recruitment, training and team motivation. Sales incentives and performance recognition.
