Support and optimize WTC’s CT & SAT Multi-Dish-to-Home solutions, including signal distribution, alignment, and troubleshooting for tenants.

Configure and manage WTC’s dedicated network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) for SAT (Service Apartment Tower), CT (Commercial Tower), and the Recreation Area, with proper PPM schedules on the Smartcheck application.

Rapidly diagnose and resolve WTC tenant-reported network issues (e.g., VoIP drops, dish signal loss, access control failures) as per open tickets on the SMARTCHECK ticketing system.

Implement WTC-specific security protocols (VPNs, ACLs) for SAT (residential) and CT (corporate) networks, adhering to tower policies.

Liaise with WTC-approved vendors for hardware repairs (e.g., dish systems, access control panels) and ISP escalations.

Maintain detailed records of SAT/CT network topologies, VoIP configurations, and access control logs for audits.

Use WTC’s designated tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, on-site OTDR) to monitor SAT/CT network performance and pre-empt disruptions.

Work with WTC Facility Management to align network upgrades (e.g., new tenant installations) with tower operations.
