Assistant Internal Control Manager At Cway Foods And Beverages Nigeria

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and monitor internal control systems. policies and SOPS
• Conduct stock audits, process audits and compliance
• Monitor inventory stock variances, wastages, damages, and adjustments.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps and process weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review transactions and documentation for accuracy. completeness and compliance
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile findings with system records
• Monitor adherence to approved procedures, authorization limits and segregation of duties
• Investigate irregularities, losses and control breaches and escalate significant findngs.
• Track implementation and closure Of audit recomrnendations.
• Prepare internal control, audit and cornpliance

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 36 years' relevant experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance.

MANDATORY:

• proven experience working in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, audit procedures and compliance rnonitoring.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical. investigative and problem -solving skills.
• High integrity. confidentiality and attention to detail.
