Assistant Catering Officer I At Alupe University College

Minimum Requirements for appointment:

• Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management or relevant field from recognized and accredited universities;
• Have three (3) years work experience as a Assistant Catering Officer Grade 9 or comparable position.
• Computer literate.

Duties and responsibilities at this level entails; -

• Coordinate all the catering services within the University.
• Prepare quarterly income and expenditure reports.
• Present regular reports on operational matters.
• Develop and review catering policies, procedures and processes..
• Prepare annual budgets, procurement and work plans.
• Organize health examination for food handlers to ensure compliance; and
• Maintain inventory control to ensure stock levels are adequate.
