QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

At least one year post trade test experience as a Fitter in a heavy industry environment
Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality awareness
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
SAP and Coupa knowledge will be advantageous
Able to work under pressure, adaptable, attention to detail

JOB OBJECTIVES

In this role you will be reporting to the Artisan Coordinator for the following:

Pro-active maintenance service & installation of new equipment
Adhere to safety, environment, quality, and housekeeping standards
Comply with all regulations and procedures
Fault finding, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis of equipment breakdown
Perform repairs and maintenance on conveyor belts, chutes, bearings, centrifugal / vertical spindle pumps, cooling towers, hydraulic systems, closed circuit cooling systems, overhead crane and hoist / scrubber / ID fans in accordance with technical specifications, standards operating procedures and safety regulations.
Maintain plant availability and operational stability in accordance with required standards
Planned maintenance, schedules, and shutdowns
Overtime will be worked when so required
Acting in higher position when so required
Standby duties to be performed
