Job Title: Area Operations Manager

Job Summary
They are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee outlet operations, drive sales performance, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Drive sales growth, monitor outlet performance, and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor costs, inventory, stock usage, wastage, and other operational expenses.
Ensure consistent food quality, food safety, hygiene, and excellent customer service across outlets.
Supervise and evaluate outlet managers, ensuring accountability and strong team performance.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and profitability.
Monitor staffing levels, attendance, scheduling, and workforce deployment to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports covering sales performance, stock variances, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
Collaborate with Finance, Quality Control, Human Resources, Procurement, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Identify training needs and support staff development to improve service delivery and operational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, preferably inarea management role.
Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs, and improve outlet performance.
Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management, food safety, customer service, and operational controls.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets effectively.
Salary N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
